Before starting the 2nd tour it was high time to install the "board computer" as well as the E-Werk in order to be ready for a functioning test.
The "board computer" should monitor the performance of the rider at a later time and serve as a basis to forecast future tour-stages.
The E-Werk from Busch & Müller is used to save the energy from the hub dynamo, not used by the lights of the bicycle, in an buffer battery. By this means electronic devices can be charged if no power socket is available.
The 2nd tour was realized as well in a plane area but with a slightly longer ride time.
Result: the new installation were successfully made! Unfortunately the monitoring showed that the performance of the rider has more room for improvement than expected ...
Performance: 120 minutes for the tour around the Greifensee with start and end at home.
Vor dem Aufbruch zur 2.Tour war es höchste Zeit, den"Bordrechner" sowie das E-Werk zu installiert, damit gleich der Funktionstest erfolgen konnte.
Der "Bordrechner" soll später zur Überwachung der Performance des Fahrers sowie für Vorhersagen über künftige Etappen eingesetzt werden. Das E-Werk von Busch & Müller wird eingesetzt, um den Strom aus dem Nabendynamo, welcher nicht für die Fahrradbeleuchtung verwendet wird, in einen Pufferakku zu speisen. Auf diese Weise können die elektronischen Geräte mit Strom versorgt werden, sollte keine Steckdose greibar sein.
Für die 2. Tour wurde ebenfalls eine eher flache Strecke gewählt, diesmal wurde jedoch die Fahrzeit leicht erhöht.
Resultat: die Installationen am Fahrrad waren erfolgreich durchgeführt worden! Jedoch musste festgestellt werden, dass bei der Perfomence des Fahrers ist noch mehr Luft nach oben ist als erwartet ...
Performance: 120 Minuten für die Runde um den Greifensee mit Start und Ziel zu Hause.
